  Cashier scanned her own rewards on her key chain without asking me because the first phone number i tried didn't work. I had another phone number but she didn't let me enter it.

  This is where I shop. The staff (except for the grumpy dude in his 50's with white hair) are all AWESOME! Very friendly EVERY TIME.
  I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for the area.
  No fault of Ralph's, this place is getting more and more ghetto by the hour.
  Filth when you enter, shoplifters in the store, beggars when you leave. Really sad to see the area going to the crapper.
  The associates/Management does a fantastic job with what they have to work with!
  Im not an inconsiderate and rude person who brings their pet(s) inside a business but I do bring my fleet of hounds in the back of my truck. They wait for me to bring the goodies out! The staff is very engaged with my giants and always very welcoming :)

  Very clean and organized . Have shelves stocked good and neat. Customer service is great .
